How it Works

Showroom

So you’d like to come and take a closer look? We have a fully stocked showroom bursting with beautiful items for you to hire. Just contact us and we will arrange a one to one viewing to create your wedding day ‘Wish List’. 

Viewings are available Monday to Saturday 9.30am to 4:30pm

Booking & Payment

 

Once you are happy with the items you have chosen either in store or online we will issue you with an Quote where a non-refundable 30% deposit is needed in order to secure your booking, for your selected items, on your chosen date.

 

Your remaining balance should be made in full and final payment no less than 28 days prior to the hire start date. Unfortunately, if the full and final balance is not settled 28 days prior to the event start date your booking will be cancelled and deposit is non refundable.

 

There is no minimum order value however bookings under £100 and bookings that are less than 28 days prior to the hire start date require full payment upon confirmation.

 

We can accept payment in the form of Bank transfer, Card by phone & Card or cash in store.

All bespoke items require payment and finalisation 28 days prior to the event. Please see our online catalogue for a full pricing structure for these items.

ollection & Return

The Hire Period is up to 4 days. Collection and return of hired items are from our storage facility behind EmZo gift shop. For a Saturday event we recommend collecting from us on the Friday and returning Monday before 16:30pm.  Collection and return times are between 09:30-16:30 and dates and times need to be confirmed at the final payment stage. Alterative days and times may be possible by prior agreement in writing from us.

B            reakages & Loss

An invoice on collection will be provided, and it is very important that you bring to our attention any problems with your order upon collection or delivery.

  

We require that our items are returned to us in the condition they were received. If items are returned to us dirty a cleaning charge will be deducted from your security deposit at a minimum of £40.00. Boxes and packaging must also be returned in a clean and stable condition.

 

Items which are damaged or lost will be charged per item basis, the total will be deducted from your security deposit full details in regards to each product can be found on each item specific product page online.

 

From the time the hired goods leave our premise until the time the goods are retuned to our premises , we will not be liable for any damage, fire and theft caused by or to our goods, and the responsibility stays with the Named ‘hirer/client’ on the booking form. It is entirely up to the ‘hirer/client’ to seek any recompense direct with their venue contact or any third parties that may have been in contact with hire services equipment or direct purchase services​

 

 

 

 

We understand that accidents happen. Please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our upmost to help!

Security deposits vary based on the total order amount inc VAT. The sum of money is held as a deposit against the safe, prompt and clean return of the goods under hire.
